- Enoch was a Civil War Veteran, Co. H, 13th, ME Regt. Enoch graduated from Bowdoin College, class of 1864. He studied law in the office of Hon. Reuben Foster and graduated from Law University of Albany, NY. He began practicing law in Bethel in 1865 and was a Member of the Maine Senate, 1874. He was Justice of the Maine State Supreme Court 1884-1898.
